Velo Veneto is delighted that you are considering traveling with us for your cycling vacation in 2012. While any length of stay is possible we recommend at least 10 days for touring and 2 weeks for racing trips.
All prices below include double occupancy in the Hotel Monte Grappa or other 3 or 4 star hotels, three hearty meals per day including beer or wine, training rides and coaching, transportation to races and events, racing licenses and event entry fees, sightseeing excursions, and other camp activities.
Pricing:
Deposit: The deposit (included in the fees below) is $750, and must be paid when you fill out your registration form. You can pay through PayPal or by mailing your deposit. $250 of the deposit is non-refundable.
Short-Stay Rate: For riders choosing to stay 7 nights or less, the day rate is $345. This rate does not include airport transfers ($250 round-trip/carload), a racing license(~$65) and/or event entry fees(~$15 races/~$75 Gran Fondos), or team clothing items ($75 each).
All-Inclusive Pricing: For riders who prefer an all-inclusive fee, and plan on staying for extended periods, our all-inclusive pricing offers great value. In addition to the standard camp features, we include airport transfers, racing license and/or entry fees, and team jersey and bibshorts. 2012 pricing is:
From 8-14 nights – $325/night
From 15-21 nights – $315/night
For stays longer than 21 nights, please contact us for special pricing.

Teams, Clubs, and Groups: Velo Veneto began as a racing camp, so the team/club/group structure is in our DNA. Some of our riders’ best experiences have come when they travel with their team/club-mates or friends. Nothing is better than sharing the best rides, food, and wine in the world with your friends. Whether you have specific rides or sights you want included, or you just want to live la dolce vita for a little while, we have great discounts for groups. Please contact us for special pricing.
Novice or Non-Cycling Guests: While Velo Veneto focuses on the cycling experience first, we know that not everyone rides. Rather than force non-cyclists to miss out on all we have to offer, Velo Veneto combines the best of a relaxing vacation with access to Italy’s most-visited region. While the rides head out in the morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the hotel or one of Castelcucco’s cafes. After your included lunch, we’ll visit one of the area’s amazing destinations. From Art, to Architecture, to Grappa, and of course Wine (including the local Prosecco region), there’s something to do or see every day. A trip to Venice is a must!
The rate for non-cyclists, regardless of your length of stay, is $235/night.
