Dates: Our 2008 season will run from June 23 to September 1. There are no mandatory arrival or departure dates. Any length stay is possible, but we recommend a minimum of two weeks for racers.

Prices: Our base rate is $250 per person per day. That price includes: lodging in either our private villa or the Hotel Montegrappa, three hearty meals per day including beer or wine, training rides and coaching, transportation to races and other camp activities. There are no single room surcharges.

Long Stay Discounts: For stays of 14 nights we offer an all-inclusive package for $3,800 that includes airport pickup/drop-off, lodging, all meals, race license and entry fees and team jersey. Please contact us for information about stays longer than two weeks.

Group Discounts: For teams/groups of five (5) riders or more arriving together, we offer a 10% per rider per night discount with a 14-night stay required.

Deposits: A $600 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations will be subject to a $400 service charge. Please pay by money order or cashier's check made payable to Patrick Carroll and mail to 270 Talbot Ave., Santa Rosa, CA 95405. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards.

Balance Due: Your balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival in Castelcucco, Italy.

To Make a Reservation: Contact us to make sure we have rooms available for the dates you want and to have all of your questions answered. Then print off our reservation form, read it completely, fill it out, sign and send to us with your deposit of $600.
